Objective

Xtreme Sports Association is dedicated to providing world-class events for those dedicated to action on wheels. Whether it’s the fastest, riskiest or slickest, for pleasure, leisure or serious sports fun, we will provide the right facilities for your enjoyment.

Philosophy

Xtreme Sports Association provides extreme sports enthusiasts with value-for-money adventure, challenges and entertainment using the latest technology.

Formation

Xtreme Sports Association is an Australian registered not-for-profit Company limited by guarantee, managed by an Executive Committee.

Membership

Entry into an Xtreme Sports Association event gives participants automatic membership, which includes personal accident insurance cover. There are three (3) categories of membership:

• Ordinary members

• Competitor members

• Associate members

Types of Events

Initially, Xtreme Sports Association is focusing on BMX and Mountain Bike Racing, including pit bikes and side hacks. Later, the Association will organise other types of extreme sports events.

Event Management

Xtreme Sports Association will conduct events at any suitable venue. Besides its own events, it can conduct a successful event for others and spare you the hassle of organisation. You retain all proceeds from your fundraising activities and canteen, provide a safe facility with key volunteers and we will provide the rest, including advertising, public liability insurance, personal accident insurance, risk management, computers, transponders, PA system, on–line entry, entertainment and photography.
